We are taking a one-year pause from cohort-based programming to focus on fundraising, infrastructure, and long-term sustainability.

The program is not ending. This pause allows us to return stronger, more accessible, and better equipped to meet growing demand.

While cohorts are paused, You Can’t Fail remains active and engaged.

You can expect:

  • Quarterly leadership and organizational updates

  • Thought leadership blog posts

  • Virtual fireside chats and community conversations

  • Ongoing email and social media engagement

  • A culminating year-end conference for women of color

Cohort programming will return after this strategic year, once key funding and infrastructure goals are met. Updates will be shared throughout the year.

Why is Pausing the Program Important?

This year allows us to:

  • Secure long-term funding

  • Build scalable program infrastructure

  • Protect participant experience and staff capacity

  • Serve more women of color—sustainably

 This is not a year of silence.

It is a year of preparation, presence, and purpose.
